01 The challenge

Essential equipment can be missing when it is needed most.

Today, checking on-board equipment depends on people, time and operational discipline. And there is no real-time control of the fleet.

01

Manual checks

Vehicle by vehicle. Item by item.

02

No visibility

No immediate traceability of on-board equipment and no fleet control.

03

Operational risk

Essential equipment may not be available when an emergency begins.

04

Hidden cost

Staff hours, checks that never get completed, and fatigue.

The problem is not knowing the inventory. The problem is being able to trust it.

02 The solution

UHF RFID and software to validate on-board inventory.

Every critical item carries a tag. The vehicle reads its own inventory with no operator intervention and shows only two possible states: complete, or what is missing.

CAB EQUIPMENT COMPARTMENTS ● INVENTORY COMPLETE STATE 1 · OK ▲ EQUIPMENT MISSING STATE 2 · WHAT AND WHERE NO COMPLETE READ, NEVER “OK”
Operating diagramIllustrative · not to scale

If the read is not complete, the system never shows “OK”.

Designed on a zero-false-positive principle.

03 How it works

Four critical moments. One fleet ready to go.

  1. 01

    Daily inventory

Automatic scan of the vehicle at the station, with no operator intervention.

  2. 02

    Emergency call-out

Validation of the complete inventory before leaving.

  3. 03

    Geolocation

    Detection and location of equipment.

  4. 04

    Operational readiness

Checking and updating the status of the fleet.

Goal: detect missing equipment before the vehicle goes into service.

04 Technology

With UHF RFID, verification no longer depends on memory.

  • UHF RFID

Long-range radio-frequency identification, with no line of sight or manual scanning.

  • Rugged tags

Tags built for the environment of an emergency vehicle.

  • Offline first

Works without coverage and syncs automatically when connectivity returns.

  • Fleet management

Vehicle status, inventory per vehicle, alerts, maintenance, reports and traceability.

  • Secure sync

Inventory data synchronised securely between vehicle and platform.

  • API integration

Ready to integrate with the operator’s systems and scale to the whole fleet.

05 Application

From vehicle to fleet.

For operators and manufacturers of emergency vehicles who need to know, with certainty, that every vehicle leaves fully equipped.

At the station

Inventory without manual checks

The vehicle checks itself while it is at base.

At call-out

Validation before going into service

One clear answer: complete, or what is missing.

Across the fleet

Visibility of every vehicle

Status, alerts and traceability from a single system.

07 Outcome

Start with one vehicle. Scale when the pilot proves it.

  1. 01

    Pilot

    1–2 vehicles.

    4–6 weeks
  2. 02

    Fine-tuning

    Real operation.

    2–4 weeks
  3. 03

    Deployment

    Full station or base.

    To be defined
  4. 04

    Scale-up

    Entire fleet.

    On demand

Validate → Adjust → Deploy → Scale.

Operational results will be published once validation on a real vehicle is complete.

Next step

Validate it on a real vehicle.

Vehicle survey, installation and tagging, and validation in operation. Let’s talk about your fleet.
